Position: Email Designer

Artic Maze is seeking a skilled and creative Email Designer to craft visually engaging and conversion-optimized email designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, responsive design principles, and the ability to create compelling visuals that align with brand identity and marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling email templates optimized for desktop and mobile responsiveness.
• Create conversion-driven images and graphics for email campaigns, ensuring alignment with branding and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices.
• Utilize Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva to develop professional and engaging email designs.
• Implement brand tone and messaging consistency across all email designs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure email designs align with campaign objectives and audience preferences.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify email design trends and enhance campaign performance.
• Ensure adherence to email marketing best practices, including accessibility, deliverability, and engagement optimization.
• Revise and refine email designs based on feedback and A/B testing insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email design, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for professional-grade email designs.
• Expertise in responsive email design, ensuring seamless display across all devices.
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including layout best practices and branding consistency.
• Ability to create CRO-optimized visual content that enhances user engagement and conversions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring designs meet client requirements.
• Ability to interpret and execute client design needs effectively.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams to develop high-performing email campaigns.

Salary Range:
