We began by analyzing NovaaLab’s user behavior to identify key drop-off points and areas where engagement could be improved. Our focus was on enhancing the product detail pages (PDPs), ensuring they were visually appealing, informative, and easy to navigate. We also optimized the checkout flow, making it more intuitive and reducing friction for users. To improve mobile orders, we implemented mobile-first design principles, ensuring the site was fully responsive and offered a seamless shopping experience on all devices. Finally, we worked on improving the overall site speed and performance to keep users engaged and boost conversions across the board.
