Position: Senior Designer

Location: Isabella Tower, Boropol Mor, Chattogram, Bangladesh

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to lead and manage a team of designers, including UI/UX Designers, Email Designers, and Content Designers. The ideal candidate will excel in visual storytelling, have a strong grasp of e-commerce design standards, and be proficient in various graphic design tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse team of designers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Create compelling visual content for websites, emails, social media platforms, and paid media campaigns.
• Design assets for Shopify e-commerce websites, email marketing, and Facebook/Instagram ads, adhering to international e-commerce standards.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and optimize design strategies for better engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and development, to align designs with overall business goals.
• Utilize tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to deliver visually appealing and brand-aligned designs.
• Ensure all design projects are completed on time, meet client requirements, and reflect the highest level of creativity and quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on e-commerce.
• Proven expertise in visual storytelling across various platforms, including websites, emails, and social media.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify e-commerce design, email campaigns, and social media ad creation.
• Strong understanding of international e-commerce design standards and best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience conducting competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of designers.

Salary Range:

BDT 50,000 - BDT 60,000, depending on skills and expertise.
