Position: Social Media Lead Generation Expert
Location: Isabella Tower, Boropol Mor, Chattogram, Bangladesh
We are looking for a Social Media Lead Generation Expert who will be responsible for creating and growing our online community, managing our Facebook and LinkedIn profiles, finding potential leads through social media channels, and crafting personalized email campaigns to engage and convert prospects. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to building relationships and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create and grow a vibrant and engaged group on Facebook.
- Manage and optimize our Facebook and LinkedIn profiles to enhance online presence.
- Identify and connect with potential leads on various social media platforms.
- Develop and execute personalized email marketing campaigns.
- Utilize analytical skills and creativity to develop strategies for lead generation and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media and email campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of Facebook and LinkedIn marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and relevant content.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary Range: BDT 20,000 - BDT 35,000, depending on skills and expertise.
